CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy •Retainer Fees: All retainer fees are non-refundable. •Cancellations/Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 30% cancellation fee. •No-Call/No-Show: Failure to communicate or attend your appointment will result in you being required to pay the full balance or being blocked from scheduling future appointments. Late Arrivals: •At 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to your balance. •Arrivals beyond 10 minutes will result in cancellation of your appointment. •Please communicate any delays—I am understanding and will do my best to work with you. Payments: Remaining balances can be paid via website, cash, or Zelle. No other forms of payment are accepted. I do not carry cash; please bring the exact amount if paying with cash. Thank you 🦋
