CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Client Policies & Booking Information To ensure safety, professionalism, and the best possible experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking. 💛 Intake Form All clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their appointment. This allows me to properly prepare for your service and ensure your safety and comfort. 🌸 Period Policy You may still receive your Brazilian or bikini wax service while on your menstrual cycle as long as you are wearing a clean tampon or menstrual cup. If you prefer to reschedule, I completely understand. Please note that the cancellation policy will still apply. 🚫 Male Waxing Services We do NOT offer male Brazilian, bikini, or glute services. However, all other services on the menu are available for male clients. 👩🏽⚕️ Age Requirement Clients must be 18 years or older. Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the appointment to provide written consent. ✨ Booking & Cancellation Policy ✨ To protect appointment availability and ensure each client receives a high-quality experience, please review the following: 💳 Retainer / Deposit A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward your total service balance. Retainers are non-refundable for: * Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours * No-call / no-show appointments This policy ensures that reserved time slots are honored and allows proper preparation for each client. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. * After 3 cancellations, future booking may be restricted. 🚫 No-Call / No-Show * No-call / no-show appointments will result in restricted booking privileges. * After 2 no-shows, future booking may be revoked. ⏱ Late Policy * Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling. * Please communicate if you are running late, and I will do my best to accommodate you when possible. 💳 Accepted Payment Methods * Card * Zelle * Cash (preferred; exact change appreciated) Thank you for respecting these policies.
