✨ SisterGirl Esthetics Booking & Cancellation Policy Update ✨ To ensure the best experience for every client, please take a moment to review our updated policies: 💛 Retainer / Deposit Fees • A retainer (deposit) is required to secure your appointment. This amount goes toward the total cost of your service. • Retainer fees are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled, or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or in the event of a no-call/no-show. • This policy helps protect reserved appointment times and allows me to properly prepare for each client’s personalized service. ⏰ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Life happens! Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. • After 3 cancellations, future booking privileges may be restricted. 🚫 No-Call / No-Show • Failing to show up or communicate will result in restricted booking privileges. • After 2 no-shows, booking privileges may be revoked. ⏱ Late Arrivals • Arrivals over 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. • Communication is key—please notify me if you’re running late, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. 💳 Payment Methods • Card • Zelle • Cash preferred (exact change appreciated to avoid transaction fees) Thank you for honoring these policies!
